DebateHER is a subdivision of LINK Debate focused on the empowerment of girls in debate. DebateHER consists of a committee of dedicated female debaters with the goal of breaking down the inherent gender biases in debate.  The DebateHER Committee hosts discussions and affinity spaces for female debaters to share stories and strategies, and our annual Women in Debate Conference gives attendees the opportunity to hear from female collegiate debaters and coaches. This program is open to all students from any background, whether or not they experience financial hardship.
